HOME STAGING: Vacant Homes
VACANT PROPERTIES lack warmth and personality. They tend to be cold and uninviting. The solution: Staging your home welcomes potential buyers where they can visualize their family and friends gathering for everyday living and special occasions.
HOME STAGING: Occupied Homes
OCCUPIED HOMES have personality and life of the current family living there. To allow a potential new owner to "see their new life" de-personalization and de-cluttering is needed. A consultation for this service includes making recommendations on the following topics: placement or removal of furniture, how to repurpose items already in the home, de-cluttering, paint, minor repairs, and more.
